Message	sounds right. I had the HKS SS BOV last year. It could hear them open up under vacuum even when I had little or no boost at all. I noticed gritty dirt in my intake which I can only attribute to the BOV sucking in . I believe I had them adjusted all the way. Does this sound right that they would open under no boost or little boost?
